Join Our Team as a Technical Writer

Our team is looking for a Technical Writer specializing in software and solutions documentation. In this role, you’ll create technical content for our product and APIs—everything from developer docs and release notes to user docs and technical blog posts.

You’ll work closely with our developers and product owner to make sure the documentation is accurate, easy to follow, and kept up to date as the platform evolves.

What you’ll be working on:

— Developer documentation and API references;

— User docs and technical requirements;

— Release notes and changelogs;

— Technical blog posts and case studies;

— Social media content for our technical audience.

What we’re looking for:

— You’re comfortable writing for developers/ technical audiences, and you know how to explain things clearly, without fluff.

— You’ve worked as a software developer or have a solid understanding of how software is built.

— You can read code, follow a changelog, and understand what’s changing and why.

— You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written.

— You’re organized and good at keeping docs and support pages updated as things evolve.

The setup:

Part-time, with opportunity for full-time.

100% remote. Work from anywhere.
