Developer (FREE)

Made for development. Free to set up and run in our cloud with the conditions:

  • No production use

    You are not allowed to run production loads.

  • Active development

    If your instance is not being actively used for development, we may chose to turn it off temporarily or permanently after sufficient notifications.

  • Usage limits

    Development instances come with the following technical limitations:

    • Maximum storage 1Gb (Files and Database consumption)
    • Sendings rate limit: 5 sending per minute
    • Jobs: Max 1 concurrent job invocation

  • Unscheduled maintenance

    Unscheduled maintenance may occur at times.

BENEFITS

Cloud

Production, run by us, billed month to month. A platform fee plus a rate per order — metered as it happens, with no annual commitment.

  • Platform fee

    A fixed monthly fee set by the tier you run on. Three tiers, sized for where you are today — move up when your volume asks for it, and the change takes effect for the next month.

  • Rate per order

    On top of the platform fee, you pay a metered rate for every order Hantera_ processes. The rate steps down at each higher tier, so the more you ship, the less each order costs.

  • What a tier gives you

    Each tier sets the capacity you run with, and the service that comes with it:

    • Job workers for background and scheduled work
    • Concurrent API requests and realtime connections
    • Storage for database and files
    • Burst rate limit for traffic spikes
    • Support hours and uptime target, from business hours up to 24/7

  • Soft limits, not hard walls

    Capacity limits are indicative. A campaign spike or a busy afternoon above a limit is not a breach and we do not cut you off for it.

    If you run over consistently, we call you, work out what's driving it, and agree the right arrangement — a raised limit, a different tier, or planned headroom for a known peak. We only throttle when it's needed to keep the platform stable for everyone.

  • Apps and connectors

    Capabilities on top of the platform — and connectors to the payment, tax, and carrier services you already use — are available as optional monthly add-ons. Several are included at no cost. Add and remove them as your operation changes.
