How does Hantera track transactional email delivery?
Hantera creates a Sending record for each primary email recipient, tracking pending, sent, bounced, or cancelled state, retries, and delivery errors.
The primary recipient has an individual Sending record that can be queried through the Graph API. CC and BCC delivery is best-effort and does not receive the same individual tracking semantics.
This gives operations and apps a way to investigate a notification after it is queued instead of treating “send” as the final observable event.
