How does the Hantera Products app handle price history?
The Products app records price and price-list changes as activity-log events and replays them to calculate current effective price, price history, lowest and highest prices, and prior-price values over a chosen window.
The price history belongs to the Products app’s catalogue model. It supports price exports, storefront displays, ERP or PIM synchronization, and prior-price presentation such as a 30-day-low value.
Order lines keep their own commercial price snapshot. Catalogue-price history is not the source of truth for a historical order-line price or refund amount.
