Hantera Monitoring keeps operational statistics per external host as well as per egress, helping teams distinguish a slow integration implementation from a slow partner system.
Host-level statistics provide a clearer first diagnostic question: whether the delay is in the Hantera integration path or at the external destination. They do not provide visibility into the partner system’s internal implementation.
