How does Hantera prevent a claim from exceeding what remains claimable?
Claims are matched to actual order lines and validated against the quantity still claimable, so the same purchased unit cannot be claimed more than once across separate requests.
The validation covers the remaining claimable quantity on each line. A valid claim still follows the configured return and resolution workflow; quantity validation does not automatically approve or refund it.
