When does Hantera require a warehouse inspection for a return?
Hantera creates or waits for an inspection only when the selected resolution requires goods to come back; other claim lines can resolve at claim completion.
Resolution types decide whether inspection is required. A workflow that does not need the returned goods to make its decision does not have to make the customer wait behind a parcel.
